Be wary of any estimates you receive from this company regarding labor estimates. After having a natural gas line and range installed in less than 3 hours, I was billed for 4 hours and told the extra hour was for drive time to my house. If this was included in the original estimate, I may have accepted this or picked a different company. I was also told the owner would call to discuss the issue but never received a phone call. I will not use this company in the future.
We called as the heat in our convenience store was not working on Friday, Dec. 25th. No one called us back. Today, Monday Dec 28th, we called and told Holden that no one called back regarding an emergency heating call for a business. The lady said with the holidays and cell phone tower out, find someone else.
Excellent customer service. Prices are very fair and the work exceeds all standards. Very happy with new American Standard heat pump. Will always recommend Holden's Heating. They were on time and very respectful. The whole crew did an outstanding job. Thank you Lennie, Sara, Ryan, and Keifer.
So sad to see such a lack in service.
