I went in to look at buying a new Stihl weed eater as I was told by others in the Seattle area, where I live, that the part I needed to fix mine was not available because the machine was too old. Rather than just sell me a new one they searched, found the part, shipped it to me, and told me to pay them next time I was in town. Great service, went above and beyond, and saved me a few hundred dollars. I won't buy any outdoor equipment anywhere else.. Thank You!!
I rented tables and chairs for our wedding day and I was disappointed how rude and disrespectful Kris was with me when I was unable to pick up the chairs and tables on Friday during the time there were fires all around and there was no communication and no power.
