Such a pretty park & lake! I loved how CLEAN the swimming area is! Saw a trio of dear walking through the camp while I was there. It was awesome. I highly recommend this park for anyone wanting to camp along the water!
Beautiful place with nice campgrounds. A little too close I'd say though to each other...! There's boat and jet ski rentals nearby with a boat launch. All around an awesome vacation for family and friends!!! Highly recommend, and make sure you get reservations EARLY!
The park deserves 5 stars. The parents with the really loud kids all weekend deserve 20 lashings. I’m not old enough to be griping about others parenting skills...but here I am. It’s never to early to learn to respect others! Campsites are not playgrounds, the park has at least one really nice playground...the ideal spot for kids to be kids and make dumb sounds. All of the fun from the weekend is overrun with memories of literally barking children walking by my campsite apx. 0830. Parents; buck up! Parent your offspring!
This was my 1st time to lake Chelan state park. It was very beautiful. The park was clean,so we're the restrooms no problem there. I enjoyed my stay. I would say the only down fall is there is absolutely no privacy, camp sites so close together. I stayed on the beach loop site #63, so I can't speak for the sites at the other end. I ment to drive by to see if they offered more space. Otherwise I recommend a stay.
Very nice park with full RV hookups. They have a volleyball net, nice playground, and even a store and concession stand. Unfortunately we're a little too late, and the store /concession stand are closed for the year. Nice boat launch. The park is right on Lake Chelan. They have a nice long beach with swimming area, accessed by stairs. Deer can be seen wandering around the lawn.
