Do not fall for the reviews, this place is slow and dirty. Plan on waiting and waiting for pizza! Pizza also is under done and burnt on top. Best part is watching guest bus their own tables. While waiting I figured out what west side means, you could drive to the west side faster than they make pizza!
Best pizza in Chelan. The 3 meat special was perfect. GF optional crust for only 2.00 was great for some of our food allergy prone party. Regular crust was also good. We went twice in our week stay in town and have tried the other options before also.
Westside Pizza makes good tasting pizza and that is it. We went there and ordered a pizza and they said it would take 30 minutes. While we were ordering my sister in law grabbed us a table so we would have a place to sit. The
When our pizza came we noticed it was full of olives (which we asked for it without because we all hate olives). We took the pizza back to the front and the server argued with us saying he needed to see our receipt before he could consider remaking it. Of course the "no olives" wasn't on the receipt, he didn't put it in the computer! Finally another employee stepped in and fixed the problem without hesitation or any issues.
Table was greasy as well as the chairs. She cleaned it all up herself. You pay at the beginning and that's when they expect you to tip. When I paid, I asked if we could leave a tip on the table. I like to see how the service will be before I tip. They said that was fine. We went and sat down and then waited.... 30 minutes went by.... we kept waiting. Then after an hour our pizza finally came. It was good. Apparently you have to grab your own plates and silverware. Some of the waiters brought it out to their tables. Our waiter did not. We asked him if we could have some ranch he didn't answer us and then came back with 1 ranch cup for a group of 4. I went up and asked for more. They cost 50 cents. Ridiculous. We bought them anyways. Then we were never helped or talked to again. Long wait for pizza, terrible customer service, and good pizza. Not worth it.
The pizza was good, but the service wasn't great. One employee in particular actually. We walked in, they saw us, proceeded to ignore us and continue putting ice in the soda machine for a few minutes before coming to take our order.
Apparently no one taught the employees here how to tell time or basic customer service skills. I've ordered from them multiple times, and they've been rude and it's taken longer than they told me every single time. My advice is to take the time they give you and and add at least 15 minutes, but most likely more. Everybody here must be sleeping with the manager because they should have been fired. To be fair, there are a couple kids working here who seem to actually be trying but for the most part they all suck, and it's not worth the hassle.
