Our first-time visit to Chelan in April 2009 was a great experience because of the City's Lakeshore RV Park. The staff were cordial, professional, and very informative when we made reservations. The grounds were beautiful and the facilities were spotlessly clean. The location was perfect because it is located within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, and more. The beach was clean and easily accessed. A great place to stay!
they never ever answer the phones! it is unnecessarily difficult to make reservations anywhere in chelan.. i have been trying for months to get a hold of someone and have had no success.
Horrible place to stay unless you're in an rv. Theres a designated "tent pad" otherwise if you pitch your tent on the grass, it has to be moved by 10am. Also, they water the grass so much that there are swarms of gnats everywhere. And all around not very hospitable. Won't be staying here again
