Will definitely rent from these guys again in the future. Good price, and both adults were able to drive the boat. But best of all we were allowed to bring our dog out with us! That would have been a dealbreaker. The only thing that made it 4 instead of 5 stars is the woman who we were doing the paperwork with was very clearly exhausted (summer Sunday at 4 pm) and a little snippy. But I'm not too worried about it, it happens.

Lakeshore was wonderful! I had never rented a jet ski before and they were very helpful and gave me lots of good information before going out. I rented the jet ski for four hours, and the staff was great to my daughter while she waited patiently on the dock between going out on the jet ski various times. She was there with another adult but the staff went out of their way to talk with her and keep her entertained. The staff were professional, fun and really made the experience that much more special. I would highly recommend renting from Lake Shore!
Superb service with excellent price.
We made a reservation about a month ago for today for a boat for 9 people. Today when I called the lady to confirm our reservation, the lady who said she's the Manager, very rudely said well I don't see your name on the books. We however gave our credit card information to the them to secure the boat and left under the impression that we were good to go for today. When I asked her if they could do anything because our whole family had made arrangements for today she said there was nothing she could do for us. I told her how much of an inconvenient this was and she replied by saying "no this is not an inconvenience at all. So next time you make a reservation make sure you are really on their books so you're not left in the air like us!
