Been coming here for 3 years around the same time early Sep with 12 to 14 people. Have referred many people here last 3 years. Always a good time and staff is responsive and helpful.
Ours' is a large group, 23 people, of various ages, children ages 4 to 19, adults ages 40 to 74. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, had a wonderful time. The homes were very comfortable and accommodating. The public spaces, especially the common park and beach, were great outdoor gathering spots.
Thank you to all the friendly, helpful staff. We had "the Time of Our Lives".
Badly done manager, badly done! Love the house hate the sudden changing of the pool hours when posted pool hours are ten pm. Kicked everyone out tonight per " the manager" at eight pm, now told six pm during the week??? Posted hours are ten pm when the pool is in season!! Posted hours were til ten and have been all week. Tonight a Friday when there are loads of people here we went to pool at 8 pm with our excited children and they said the manager had decided the pool should close at eight tonight!!!! Everyone sobbed and cried and went to bed severely disappointed. We are spending over 300 a night and we're planning to come back next year but no longer!
We had our Family Reunion at the Lookout and were extremely pleased.
If you have a family or friends week or weekend and want to stay in Chelan .... THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!!!!
Don't stay here, no customer service and they treat guests like a nuisance. We are apparently banned from returning. My 1 and a half year old angel of a daughter and my wife and I. No AC, rude staff, TONS of rules... What a sham.
