Terrible rental experience with Windermere. A group of us booked a waterfront house over New Year's and the hot tub was green with algae, extra "bedroom" was a converted garage that we got locked out of, and the furniture was worn out. No good and ridiculously expensive!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chelan Resort Suites with Windermere Vacation Rentals Lake Chelan. Not only was the unit immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, but we also had one of the best experiences with their staff. They were so friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to our questions. It's so great when you can tell they care about providing a quality experience all around. I will definitely be coming back to Chelan and plan to book with Windermere again in the future!

I can rent a car, an apartment even purchase a house but I can not rent a house in Lake Chelan. I understand there is restrictions and rules and agreements that need to be followed. My family's age group should not be a factor, especially if we are all in our mid 20's. Most of us live on our own and each of us take full responsibility of our priorities. It is very disappointing knowing we can not have a family gathering because of our age group. I do not recommend this rental agency.
